The Professional Development (PD) Series enabled readers to earn continuing education credit with specially focused, sponsored articles. I teamed with members of two technology-driven AEC firms to ghostwrite PD articles about cloud computing for building information modeling (BIM) and 3D-enabled lean project delivery.

As part of its Sustainable Cities series, WSJ. Custom Studios created a special advertising section to showcase the International Water Association's Cities of the Future program. I wrote an in-depth feature about water scarcity and demand management, which was published in a pullout section of the WSJ's print edition. The section introduced best practices in water management around the world.
In a later installment of the series, an online section explored the payoff for using clean technologies such as energy-saving construction materials and battery-powered buses. I wrote about how the City of Chattanooga, Tenn., transformed public transit.

The marketing team asked me to help their subject matter expert explore the application of the Broken Windows Theory of Policing to bank security. We followed this successful project with a paper that positioned their experts as thought leaders in enterprise risk management.
